Responsibilities
- Manage day to day administrative operations of the Dammam office
- Monitor and renew all company licenses, permits, registrations, and statutory documents
- Coordinate with Saudi government authorities and external service providers for compliance
- Maintain and update company records across government portals
- Prepare documentation for government submissions, client registrations, audits, and tenders
- Complete vendor registrations and prequalification processes through customer portals
- Maintain accurate physical and electronic filing systems

- Manage petty cash and maintain supporting records

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

- Hands on experience with government platforms such as Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, MHRSD, Chamber of Commerce, Absher Business, Balady, ZATCA
- Experience managing company licenses, registrations, permits, and statutory documentation
- Experience in vendor registration and client prequalification processes
- Knowledge of petty cash administration and general office operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)

- We are seeking a proactive and detail oriented Saudi National to join our team as an Administration Officer.
Position Summary
- The Administration Officer will manage daily administrative operations, ensure compliance with Saudi government regulations, maintain statutory records, coordinate vendor registrations, handle office administration, and support overall operational requirements.
- The candidate should have strong knowledge of Saudi government procedures and be capable of independently managing administrative and compliance related activities in a growing SME environment.
