Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the United Arab Emirates for a Health Safety Environment (HSE) Supervisor.
The HSE Supervisor will oversee the implementation of health and safety protocols, conduct regular inspections, investigate workplace accidents, ensure compliance with EHS standards, and promote a culture of safety across the organization.
This role requires proactive management of risks and collaboration with teams to maintain a safe and environmentally responsible working environment.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Health & Safety and Occupational Health
- Proficiency in Environment Health and Safety (EHS) practices and standards
- Experience in Accident Investigation and conducting workplace inspections
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and risk management strategies
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Certification in Health and Safety (NEBOSH) is must
- Bachelor's technical degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field (Btech/BE or Technical Diploma)
- Familiarity with UAE’s safety regulations and compliance standards is a plus
- 3-4 years experienced in UAE with a VISA stamped as " Security Officer" or related.
