Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental standards across hospitality properties
- Conduct risk assessments, site inspections, and safety audits

Requirements

- Relevant safety certification such as NEBOSH (or equivalent)
- Proficiency in developing and delivering HSE trainings, safety briefings, and awareness programs
- Ability to maintain accurate HSE records, prepare reports, and use basic digital tools
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven capability to work on site, conduct field inspections, and respond promptly to HSE issues or emergencies
- Experience in hospitality, facilities management, or property operations is an advantage

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site role based in Prayagraj for a Health Safety Environment (HSE) Officer.
- The HSE Officer will implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental standards across hospitality properties, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Daily responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, site inspections, and safety audits; identifying hazards; and recommending corrective actions.
- The role involves developing and updating HSE procedures, delivering safety trainings and toolbox talks to staff, and maintaining documentation related to incidents, inspections, and compliance.
- The HSE Officer will investigate accidents and near misses, coordinate emergency response drills, and collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to promote a strong safety culture.
Qualifications
