Role Description
- This is a full time, hybrid role based in Dubai, with a mix of on site presence at project locations and some work from home flexibility.
- The Health Safety Environment (HSE) Officer will oversee daily HSE activities across fit out sites, ensuring compliance with local regulations, company policies, and client requirements.
- Day to day tasks include conducting risk assessments, site inspections, and safety audits; identifying hazards; and recommending corrective and preventive actions.
- The role involves developing and implementing HSE plans, toolbox talks, and training sessions for site teams and subcontractors.
- The HSE Officer will investigate incidents and near misses, maintain HSE records and reports, coordinate with project managers and authorities on safety matters, and promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Health & Safety and Workplace Safety skills.
- Candidates should possess Environment Health and Safety (EHS) knowledge and Occupational Health competencies.
- Candidates should possess NEBOSH or equivalent recognized HSE certification.
