About the Role
We are seeking an HSE Officer for a full-time, on-site role in Abu Dhabi. You will monitor and enforce health, safety, and environmental standards across project sites, conduct inspections and risk assessments, and promote a strong safety culture.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce health, safety, and environmental standards across project sites
- Conduct regular inspections, risk assessments, and audits to ensure compliance
- Identify hazards and recommend corrective measures
- Deliver safety briefings and toolbox talks
- Support incident reporting and investigation processes
- Prepare and maintain HSE documentation
- Coordinate with project managers and site teams to implement safety plans
- Promote a strong safety culture through training and awareness programs
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure best practices are applied consistently
Requirements
- Strong Health & Safety and Workplace Safety skills with experience implementing safety protocols on construction or industrial project sites
- Environment Health and Safety (EHS) and Occupational Health skills
- NEBOSH or equivalent recognized HSE certification
- Knowledge of local and international HSE regulations, risk assessment methods, and incident investigation procedures
- Effective communication and training skills to conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions
- Strong organizational and reporting skills
- Prior experience in EPCM, construction, or industrial projects, preferably within the region
- Ability to work on site in Abu Dhabi
