Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a
Qhse Engineer (Saudi National)
at
Al Bawani Services
.
The QHSE Engineer will be responsible for implementing and maintaining QHSE systems across the project, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
The role involves conducting risk assessments, inspections, audits, and driving a proactive safety culture across all operations.
The candidate will work closely with project teams to ensure safe work practices, incident prevention, and continuous improvement in QHSE performance, while supporting both hard and soft services operations.
Experience
Minimum of 5–8 years
in QHSE roles, ideally within
Facility Management
or a similar environment.
Skills
- Knowledge of QHSE regulations and standards
- Risk assessment and incident investigation
- Audit and inspection management
- Strong understanding of health and safety practices
- Emergency response and preparedness
- Reporting and documentation skills
- Ability to drive safety awareness and compliance on site
Abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
- Professional certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) are preferred
