- Excellent Communication skills, including presenting product propositions and negotiating terms
- Knowledge of health insurance products, underwriting fundamentals, DHA/DOH compliant plans, and broker led distribution models is highly beneficial
- Comfort with technology enabled platforms, CRM tools, and data driven reporting
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage time effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is desirable

Role Description
- The Health Insurance Account Executive – Broker Channel is a full time role based in Dubai with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing a mix of office and work from home days.
- The role focuses on managing and growing relationships with broker partners, ensuring effective distribution of OpenX health insurance products.
- Day to day responsibilities include developing account plans, onboarding and supporting brokers, coordinating product and pricing discussions, and driving sales performance within the broker channel.
- The Account Executive will collaborate with underwriting, operations, and customer experience teams to address broker needs, resolve issues, and maintain high service standards.
- The role also involves regular reporting on channel performance, market feedback, and opportunities for product and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Planning and strategic account development, including the ability to build and execute growth plans for broker portfolios.
- Proven Account Management experience, with a track record of managing key relationships, handling escalations, and delivering high service levels.
- Experience in Channel Sales and working with Channel Partners, ideally within health insurance or broader financial services.
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to present product propositions, negotiate terms, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of health insurance products, underwriting fundamentals, DHA/DOH compliant plans, and broker led distribution models is highly beneficial.
- Comfort with technology enabled platforms, CRM tools, and data driven reporting to monitor and optimize channel performance.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and operate with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
