Generis Tek Inc seeks a Health Informatics Specialist for a 12-month contract in Philadelphia, PA. The role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing clinical information systems, requiring telehealth and remote patient monitoring experience.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between Digital & Technology Services and nursing, providers, allied health and non clinical end users
- Analyze clinical and non clinical Digital & Technology Services to determine applicability to nursing and clinical practice
- Lead unit level core and sub teams for operational and implementation work
- Consult with individuals and groups in defining healthcare information problems and identifying methods for implementing DTS solutions
- Communicate with key stakeholders, sponsors and internal customers, giving presentations and project updates
- Serve as a preceptor for graduate informatics students
- Partner for clinical communication and offer guidance during downtime events and through EHR reconciliation
- Demonstrate knowledge of system life cycles and comply with defined framework for system implementation
- Operationalize change by using quality methodologies for standardizing processes
- Develop risk/benefit matrices of alternate solutions to help clinical partners with decision making
- Collaborate with clinical partners for problem identification and document workflows
- Perform gap analyses and work with clients to identify solutions to close identified gaps and mitigate risks
Requirements
- At least five (5) years nursing, clinical or operational experience
- At least three (3) years informatics experience
- Telehealth implementation experience
- Remote patient monitoring experience
- Clinical workflow redesign experience
- Bachelor's degree

Position Details
- Contract role Health Informatics Specialist Remote for our client at Philadelphia, PA.
- Project Duration: 12 months / Remote.
- Pay range: $35–$40 per hour.
Job Responsibilities
- Serves as a liaison between Digital & Technology Services and nursing, providers, allied health and non clinical end users.
- Develops and maintains effective partnerships with clinical and operational leadership.
- Analyzes clinical and non clinical Digital & Technology Services to determine applicability to nursing and clinical practice, operational processes, administration and research.
