Role Overview
Support real-world data analytics and evidence-generation projects using electronic health records, claims data, and registry data.
Work under the supervision of experienced team members to design, develop, and deliver client solutions across multiple projects.

Project Execution
- Act as a support biostatistician or statistical programmer for study teams and sponsors.
- Support protocol statistical sections, sample size calculations, and power calculations.
- Review data management plans, data specifications, and related study documents.
- Support statistical analysis plans and analysis dataset specifications.
- Develop programs for listings, tables, and figures defined by statistical analysis plans.
- Perform quality control of tables, listings, figures, and analysis datasets.
- Provide statistical input to Clinical Study Reports.
- Help maintain quality standards and assess new methodologies and techniques.
- Support thought leadership opportunities.
Skills
- Manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
- Demonstrate strong scientific and business writing, presentation, communication, and attention to detail.
- Communicate technical information and project concepts effectively.
- Use SAS, R, SQL, and/or Python.
- Communicate effectively in written and spoken English.
Knowledge and Experience
- Bring 2–4 years of experience, preferably in healthcare consulting or pharmaceutical organizations.
- Have a strong foundation in statistical concepts and methods.
- Experience with large real-world databases is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with machine learning techniques and Bayesian statistics is a plus.
- Have strong statistical programming, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Work effectively both independently and in teams, including taking leadership on methodological elements.
Education
- Hold a master’s degree or higher in public health, health economics, health policy, statistics, biostatistics, mathematics, or another quantitative field.
