About the Role
Eucalyptus (part of Hims & Hers) seeks a Health Coach Team Lead to lead a remote team of dietitians, set clinical standards, and shape nutrition strategy for weight management and emerging conditions.

Responsibilities
- Lead and performance manage a remote team of dietitians
- Run regular 1:1s and group sessions focused on coaching quality, patient outcomes, and professional development
- Build a team culture of ownership and create structure for development
- Own clinical standards for coaching delivery across the patient journey
- Conduct coaching audits and structured quality reviews using call rubrics and patient feedback
- Own governance frameworks and manage systemic risk across health coaching
- Lead upskilling initiatives to enable high quality care across existing and emerging conditions
- Define how we coach across new conditions, ensuring evidence based and scalable approach
- Contribute to patient facing content, messaging guides, and care frameworks
- Design scalable systems and connect service data to business outcomes
- Work closely with product and patient operation teams to inform platform support for patient outcomes
- Represent nutrition and dietetic voice in cross functional decisions
Requirements
- Accredited Practising Dietitian (essential)
- Strong grounding in medicated weight management
- Proven clinical leader: managed or mentored a clinical team
- Skilled in coaching audits, quality review, and governance
- Deep in motivational interviewing and behaviour change frameworks
- Strong communication skills for remote team leadership and cross functional influence
- Comfortable with ambiguity in a fast paced digital health environment

About You

- Strong cross functional communicator
- Comfortable with ambiguity in fast paced digital health environment
