About the Role
Sunrise Senior Living seeks a Care Manager to provide quality care and services to residents in assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, housekeeping, dining service, and ensuring a safe environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide hands on care and physical/emotional support to residents as outlined in Individualized Service Plans
- Assist with activities of daily living including continence management, bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Maintain clean and safe resident rooms and common areas through housekeeping and laundry services
- Serve meals in the dining room and assist with dining setup and cleanup
- Observe, report, and document changes in resident condition
Requirements
- High School diploma/GED accepted and may be required per state/provincial regulations
- CPR Certificate and First Aid as required by state/provincial regulations
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred
- Desire to serve and care for seniors

Job Overview
- The Care Manager is responsible for providing quality care and services to a consistent group of residents in assisted living/long term care and reminiscence neighborhoods.
- Full time position: Sundays to Thursdays, 2pm to 10pm.
Essential Duties
- Review Daily Log and participate in ISP development.
- Responsible for designated group of residents; physically checks on them throughout shift.
- Observe, report, and document symptoms and conditions.
- Respond to security system and resident call bells promptly.
- Assist with continence management.
- Help residents maintain independence and physical safety.
- Engage residents in life skills and enrichment activities.
- Maintain atmosphere of warmth and calm environment.
Experience and Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED accepted.
- CPR Certificate and First Aid as required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
- Desire to serve and care for seniors.
