Responsibilities
- Assist nurses and physicians during patient consultations, examinations, and fertility procedures
- Prepare consultation rooms, ensuring all equipment and supplies are available and sterile
- Support patients before, during, and after fertility procedures by providing comfort and assistance
- Perform basic clinical duties, including measuring and recording vital signs, height, weight, and other patient observations
- Prepare patients for ultrasound scans, blood tests, and minor procedures
- Assist with specimen collection and ensure accurate labeling and handling according to clinic protocols
- Escort patients throughout the clinic and provide information regarding appointments and clinic processes
- Clean, disinfect, and restock examination and procedure rooms in accordance with infection prevention and control standards
- Support inventory management by monitoring and replenishing medical and clinical supplies
- Ensure patient confidentiality and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic policies
Requirements
- Diploma or certification as a Healthcare Assistant, Nursing Assistant, or equivalent healthcare qualification
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is required
- Experience in women's health, obstetrics and gynecology, or fertility/IVF is preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification is an advantage
- Knowledge of infection prevention and control practices

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare consultation rooms, ensuring all equipment and supplies are available and sterile.
