is hiring for a
Qualification
- Any graduate degree
- 5 years minimum in construction
Responsibilities
- Implement and enforce Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures on site
- Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify unsafe acts and conditions
- Ensure compliance with approved method statements, risk assessments, and permit systems
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness sessions for site personnel
- Monitor use of PPE and adherence to safe work practices
- Report, record, and investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents
- Maintain HSE documentation, registers, and records as per project requirements
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to improve safety performance
- Support internal and external HSE audits and inspections
- Promote a strong safety culture across the project site
Requirement
- Candidates should be present in Qatar with a valid QID
- Available to join immediately
