About the Role
FFA is seeking a Headman Gardening to supervise and manage daily gardening and landscaping activities in Al Hada, Riyadh. The role involves leading a team of contractors, ensuring proper maintenance of lawns and plants, and monitoring irrigation systems.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily gardening and landscaping activities
- Lead and allocate tasks to 3 gardening contractors efficiently
- Ensure proper maintenance of lawns, plants, trees, and flower beds
- Monitor irrigation systems and ensure timely watering schedules
- Plan and execute planting, pruning, fertilizing, and pest control activities
- Maintain overall cleanliness and appearance of garden areas
- Inspect garden health and take corrective actions when required
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of gardening tools and equipment
- Follow safety standards and site guidelines at all times
- Coordinate with management for landscaping improvements and material requirements
- Maintain records of work progress and manpower attendance
- Train and guide workers on best gardening practices
Requirements
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in gardening / landscaping, with supervisory role preferred
- Good knowledge of plant care, irrigation systems, pruning, and pest control
- Ability to handle and manage a team of gardeners/laborers
- Basic understanding of landscaping techniques (soft & hard landscaping)
- Physically fit and capable of working in outdoor conditions
- Familiar with gardening tools and equipment handling
- Ability to plan daily work schedules and meet maintenance standards
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of safety practices and site discipline
