We're looking for an experienced and dynamic **Head Waiter** to join our team and help us deliver an unforgettable guest experience.
Requirements
- Fluent in **Turkish** or **Arabic** (a must)
- **Proven experience in Dubai** as a Head Waiter or similar senior front-of-house role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service and team management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end dining environment
- **Immediate availability** to join
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate front-of-house operations during shifts
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Train, support, and supervise waitstaff
- Manage reservations, guest complaints, and special requests
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards in accordance with UAE regulations
