Haseed Cafe is seeking an experienced, high-energy Waiter / Drive-Through Server for a specialty cafe in Al Aweer 1.
The role manages outdoor drive-through orders, ticket flow, customer service, and coordination with the barista team.
Key Responsibilities
- Take customer orders outdoors at the drive-through lane using handheld Foodics POS.
- Sequence order tickets accurately and coordinate in real time with the barista team.
- Handle impatient or difficult drivers calmly and resolve complaints with professional composure.
- Explain coffee options, roast profiles, and bean varieties clearly to customers.
- Keep vehicle flow smooth and maintain an organized outdoor station.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Foodics POS is mandatory.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of verified hospitality or waiter experience strictly inside the UAE is required.
- Drive-through, specialty cafe, or cafeteria experience is strongly preferred.
- Working understanding of specialty coffee beans, blends, and standard espresso beverages is required.
- Excellent spoken English, polite manners, and proven patience under pressure are required.
- Must be comfortable standing and working outdoors in UAE weather conditions.
- Immediate joiners only; candidates with a one-month notice period will not be considered.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary is AED 2,000.
- Company transport is available from Rashidiya Metro Station, with AED 8 per day deducted from monthly salary.
- UAE employment visa and standard labor benefits are provided.
Workplace
- Work location is in person at an outdoor drive-through station.
