Role Overview
Lead the technical function for a well-established construction and main contracting company in Dubai.
Manage technical activities across multiple construction projects and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Ensure projects are technically compliant, buildable, and delivered efficiently.
This is a full-time, office-based position.
Technical Leadership and Coordination
- Lead and manage the Technical Department across multiple projects.
- Coordinate architectural, structural, civil, MEP, and other engineering disciplines.
- Lead technical coordination with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Lead, mentor, and develop technical engineers, coordinators, architects, and draftsmen.
Reviews and Compliance
- Review and approve IFC drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and RFIs.
- Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, authority requirements, project specifications, and contracts.
- Monitor technical submissions, approvals, and design deliverables across projects.
- Provide technical reports, recommendations, and updates to senior management.
