Key Responsibilities
Goal-Oriented Leadership and Team Management
Demonstrate strong goal – oriented leadership to guide, motivate & supportive with Colleagues.
Manage overall staff performance & ensure each of production & supportive teams meet their individual targets.
Conduct regular team meetings & review performance of team, promote productivity align with company goal.
Production efficiency & Timeline
