Role Overview

  • We are seeking an experienced Head of Pre Sales to lead solution strategy, technical commercial engagement, and enterprise solution design across payment technology opportunities.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in the payments ecosystem, solution consulting, and enterprise technology engagements.
  • The role will act as the bridge between business, technology, product, and client stakeholders.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 14–18 years of experience within payments, fintech, banking technology, or financial services.
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in Pre Sales, Solution Consulting, Solution Architecture, or Enterprise Solution Design roles.
  • Proven experience handling enterprise payment technology engagements and complex solution discussions.
  • Strong understanding of regional payment ecosystems, market trends, and regulatory environments.
  • Experience working with card networks and payment partners including Visa, Mastercard, etc.

Domain Expertise Required

  • Card Issuing Solutions (CMS, EMV, Digital Issuance, Tokenization)
  • Merchant Acquiring Solutions (POS, E commerce, Terminal Management Systems)
  • Payment Gateway, Aggregator, and PSP Business Models
  • Third Party Processing (TPP) Platforms
  • BIN Sponsorship Models
  • Card Personalization & Fulfilment Operations
  • Managed Payment Services / Payment as a Service Models
  • Payment Processing Operations (Settlement, Reconciliation, Chargebacks, Disputes)
  • API Based Payment Integrations
  • Cloud, On Premise, and Hybrid Technology Deployments
  • Digital Payments, Wallets, and Alternative Payment Methods

Key Skills

  • Strong combination of technical, commercial, and solutioning expertise
  • Ability to lead complex business and technology discussions with enterprise clients
  • Strong RFP, proposal management, and deal support experience
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem solving capability
  • Ability to influence decision makers and drive solution adoption
  • Strong understanding of payment industry trends and emerging technologies
