Position Overview
The position is for a Pastry Chef with head-level title responsibilities in a bakery or pastry kitchen.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is up to AED 6,000 per month.
Work Location
- Work is performed in person in the UAE.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake pastries, cakes, desserts, breads, and other bakery products.
- Follow recipes and maintain consistent quality, taste, and presentation.
- Prepare creams, fillings, frostings, doughs, and other pastry components.
- Decorate cakes and desserts according to required standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the pastry kitchen.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
- Monitor ingredient stock and inform the supervisor when supplies are required.
- Follow food safety and HACCP standards.
- Work efficiently with the kitchen team to meet daily production requirements.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar bakery or pastry position.
- Good knowledge of pastry preparation and baking techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Good attention to detail and presentation.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
