- Collaborate cross functionally (Web, API, Design, Data) to understand product and users
- Develop, pitch and deliver product ideas and improvements aligned to business needs
- Promote a culture of ownership, accountability and high standards
- Maintain and evolve front end platform for availability/performance and fast development
- Support team members in growth and development
- Use data to drive decisions, insights and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Expert in front end technologies including Node, TypeScript, React, Next.js
- Experience building web applications at scale
- Experience with functional programming
- Comfortable leading a team and responsible for growth and performance of team members
- Ready to hit the ground running in a player coach role
