Role Description
Part-time remote leadership role responsible for overseeing and growing the wealth management function.
The role covers wealth management strategy, investment offerings, client objectives, risk profiles, and advisory standards.
Core Responsibilities
- Design and implement wealth management strategies and manage investment offerings.
- Guide portfolio construction, monitor performance, and adjust strategies for market conditions and client needs.
- Build client and partner relationships, review financial reports, and maintain advisory standards.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies and best practices.
- Mentor team members, contribute to product development, and collaborate with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in finance and financial services, including market trends and regulatory considerations.
- Proven investment management experience covering portfolio construction, asset allocation, and risk management.
- Business relationship management capability focused on long-term client and partner relationships.
- Experience in wealth management or private banking leadership, preferably with advisory team or product-line oversight.
- Relevant degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
- CFA or CFP certifications are an advantage.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, decision-making, communication, and ethical judgment skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time capacity.
