Responsibilities
- Own and evolve AllUp’s SaaS platform architecture
- Design and review microservices based systems that are scalable, secure, and reliable
- Be hands on with AWS architecture and cloud services
- Lead architectural decisions across APIs, data, integrations, and platform scalability
- Ensure high standards for code quality, performance, security, and observability
- Contribute hands on experience in building SaaS products using AI
- Lead and scale engineering teams of 25+ people
- Represent AllUp’s technology confidently in front of customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
Requirements
- 5+ years leading technology teams in a SaaS company
- Proven experience managing 25+ engineers
- Strong background as a hands on solution architect (not only people management)
- Solid experience with microservices architecture and AWS (recent, hands on projects)
- Demonstrated experience building or scaling SaaS products using AI
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)

About the Role
- AllUp is looking for a Director of Technology who is deeply hands on, technically strong, and confident representing technology in front of enterprise customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
