Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the organization's technology strategy aligned with business objectives
- Lead enterprise technology, infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, cloud, and digital transformation initiatives
- Drive innovation, operational excellence, and technology modernization across the organization
- Build, mentor, and lead high performing technology teams while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
- Ensure robust technology governance, risk management, regulatory compliance, and information security
- Manage technology budgets, vendor relationships, and strategic partnerships
- Partner with executive leadership and business stakeholders to deliver technology enabled business outcomes
- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline (Master's preferred)
- 15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience within banking or financial services
- Proven track record of leading enterprise wide digital transformation and technology modernization initiatives
- Strong expertise in enterprise architecture, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, infrastructure, data management, and emerging technologies
- Experience managing large scale technology operations and high performing multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Strong understanding of technology governance, risk management, regulatory compliance, and information security frameworks
- Ability to align technology strategy with business objectives and deliver measurable business value
