Technology leadership
- Provide strategic leadership for technology-related initiatives.
- Set and oversee implementation of IT strategies supporting industrial policy, digital transformation, and internal operations.
- Align technology investments with national industrial priorities.
IT operations and infrastructure
- Manage IT operations and infrastructure.
- Ensure system reliability and security.
- Oversee integration of technologies that support data-driven decisions and improved service delivery.
Stakeholder and technology guidance
- Collaborate with senior leadership, technical teams, and external partners.
- Monitor performance and provide guidance on emerging trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- Strong Information Technology background and ability to align technical solutions with organizational and policy objectives.
- Experience in IT management and IT operations, including oversight of teams, systems, and service providers.
- Experience developing and executing IT strategy, preferably in government, the public sector, or large organizations.
- Hands-on infrastructure experience across networks, cloud services, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems.
- Relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced degrees are an advantage.
- Experience with digital transformation, e-government platforms, and data governance frameworks.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
