Vantage Search Group is supporting a confidential search for a Head of Strategy for a leading GCC organization. The role partners with executive leadership to shape strategic priorities, evaluate growth opportunities, and drive key business initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of corporate strategy.
- Conduct market, competitor and industry analysis to identify opportunities and risks.
- Evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships and investment initiatives.
- Drive strategic projects and transformation programmes across the organisation.
- Prepare executive level presentations and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business leaders to support long term planning and value creation.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, corporate development, transformation or a related field
- Experience working with large corporates, diversified groups, financial institutions, investment firms or government related entities
- Prior MBB consulting experience preferred
- Strong analytical, commercial and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior decision makers and manage complex initiatives
- Exposure to diverse industries across Real Estate, Manufacturing and Infrastructure
- Fluent Arabic and English speakers is essential
