Role Overview
- The Head of Manpower Planning leads Abu Dhabi Airports' centralized Strategic Workforce Planning function, providing governance over in house and outsourced manpower.
- The role unifies workforce planning, cost control, and reporting across the total workforce.
Governance & Oversight
- Provide consistent governance and monitoring of in house and outsourced manpower.
- Own and maintain the end to end operating framework for outsourced manpower.
- Develop and steward the outsourcing policy.
Workforce Planning & Strategy
- Lead strategic workforce planning across the total workforce.
- Set standards for testing manpower demand before approval.
- Direct scenario modeling, capacity planning, and workforce analytics.
Cost & Budgetary Control
- Ensure combined manpower cost remains within approved OpEx envelope.
- Direct full budgetary control over manpower including 2027 planning cycle.
- Partner with Finance to consolidate contingent spend into a single view.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead and develop a team of three specialists.
- Act as senior advisor to business units and COE leadership.
- Provide management with accurate reporting on workforce cost, headcount, utilization, and efficiency.
