- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Review client deliverables and maintain high quality service standards
- Advise clients on business setup, operational support, and corporate compliance matters
- Manage company incorporation, licensing, and registration assignments
- Coordinate with regulatory authorities, government bodies, and other stakeholders where required
- Lead or support insolvency, liquidation, restructuring, and business recovery engagements
- Provide practical solutions and advisory support to distressed businesses and stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum 8–12 years of relevant experience, including leadership responsibilities
- Deep understanding of the Qatari business environment, regulatory landscape, and market practices
- Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, CA, ACA, or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Proven expertise in advisory and consulting services
- High ethical standards and commitment to quality
- Excellent client relationship management, communication, and presentation skills

Role Description
- The Head of Specialized Advisory Services (SAS) is responsible for managing a portfolio of professional services including accounting outsourcing, bookkeeping, business support services, company incorporations, corporate compliance, and insolvency related engagements.
- This leadership role requires a strong accounting and advisory background, deep understanding of the Qatari business environment, excellent client management capabilities, and an established network that can generate new business opportunities.
- The candidate will be expected to lead client engagements, develop service offerings, manage projects and teams, and contribute to the firm’s growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and develop the Special Advisory Services Department.
