Technology and AI Leadership
- Define and execute the technology strategy and architecture roadmap.
- Ensure the platform is scalable, reliable, secure, and performant.
- Lead platform modernization, cloud infrastructure, API, and DevOps strategy.
- Lead AI, machine learning, forecasting, decision-support, MLOps, data governance, deployment, and monitoring practices.
- Translate AI capabilities into measurable customer and commercial value.
