The Role
- We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Security (Physical Security) to join Crown’s Security & Organisational Resilience function.
- This is a senior leadership role responsible for leading and overseeing Security Operations across a complex, 24/7 integrated resort environment, ensuring the safety of guests, team members and assets while delivering strong regulatory compliance.
- Operating at both strategic and operational levels, the role partners closely with executive leadership, regulators and law enforcement to manage risk, strengthen business continuity and drive a high performance security culture.
Key responsibilities
- Leading Security Operations strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, risk appetite and regulatory requirements
- Overseeing 24/7 security operations, incident response and emergency management capability across the resort environment
