Job Purpose
Lead and manage the planning, development, and execution of engineering and healthcare projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, compliance with regulatory and quality standards, and optimal utilization of resources, timelines, and budgets.
Roles & Responsibilities
1.
Lead the planning, development, and execution of engineering and construction projects from concept to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
2.
Develop project scopes, feasibility studies, master plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and budgets; set technical standards and design guidelines.
3.
Coordinate multidisciplinary design across architecture/engineering; review drawings/specs; lead quick‑turn small/urgent designs.
4.
Monitor execution: track milestones/KPIs, schedules, budgets vs forecasts; control scope; manage risks; issue logs; progress reports.
5.
Manage permitting and regulatory approvals; ensure code, zoning, safety, and sustainability compliance.
6.
Prepare technical specifications, BOQs, and estimates; verify works and issue progress payment certificates with Finance.
7.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, codes, safety standards, and accreditation frameworks; manage approvals, permits, and inspections.
8.
Enforce technical standards and quality assurance; coordinate with QC to correct deviations.
9.
Monitor project financial performance, control budgets, certify progress payments, and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
10.
Lead stakeholder coordination across departments, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and authorities; maintain transparent communications.
11.
Develop team capabilities and resource allocation within the section.
Qualification Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture/Engineering/Construction/Project Management.
Master’s Degree in Project Management / Engineering / MBA or related field.
Certification - PMP or equivalent.
Experience Requirements
7-8 years in Project/engineering experience with 3 years in supervisory/managerial roles.
Experience in large-scale or multi-site projects preferred.
