Responsibilities
- Recruit and build a high performing sales team
- Lead the onboarding and training of new consultants
- Conduct weekly planning meetings and weekend performance review meetings
- Coach and motivate the sales team to achieve company targets
- Monitor and manage all incoming leads
- Ensure every lead is followed up promptly
- Track customer journeys from first contact to closing
- Monitor consultant performance and conversion rates
- Ensure CRM data is accurate and up to date
- Oversee the daily operations of the company
- Coordinate with major Dubai developers regarding projects, inventory, launches, and sales processes
- Prepare weekly and monthly management reports
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Dubai real estate industry
- Previous experience managing a real estate sales team
- Strong knowledge of Dubai off plan and secondary markets
- Proven experience working with developers
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent organizational and reporting abilities
- Experience with CRM platforms
- Fluent in English
- Fluent Turkish is mandatory
- UAE Driving License is preferred
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills
