- Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, Shopify ecosystem app conversions, or high ticket wholesale/dropshipping onboarding
- Self starter with ability to architect conversion strategy
- Leadership mindset to transition from closer to sales manager
- 3 years B2B sales experience (Preferred)

What You Will Do
- Close warm leads by jumping on scheduled calls and reaching out to structured lists.
- Pitch the B2B watch ecosystem to jewelry/watch retailers and entrepreneurs.

- Scale the team: hire, train, and manage a remote sales team.

- Proven closer with track record in B2B SaaS sales, Shopify app conversions, or high ticket wholesale/dropshipping.
- Self starter and strategist who can architect a conversion strategy.
- Natural leader with communication skills to transition to sales manager.
