Role Overview
- Ahlan Hamad is hiring a Head of Sales to build and lead the regional sales function across the GCC.
- This is a senior, hands on leadership role: you will own sales strategy across multiple markets and personally run the first hiring cycles and set the playbook before scaling the team.
Hard Requirements
- 5+ years in sales.
- 2 to 3+ years managing / leading people.
- Fully fluent in BOTH Arabic and English.
- Direct experience working at a SaaS company.
- Based in the GCC, with your 5+ years of sales experience gained while working in the GCC.
Nice to Have
- HR tech / payroll / B2B services background.
- Built a sales team or function from scratch.
- Multi country / regional sales management.
- CRM and sales ops proficiency.
