Role Overview

  • Ahlan Hamad is hiring a Head of Sales to build and lead the regional sales function across the GCC.
  • This is a senior, hands on leadership role: you will own sales strategy across multiple markets and personally run the first hiring cycles and set the playbook before scaling the team.

Hard Requirements

  • 5+ years in sales.
  • 2 to 3+ years managing / leading people.
  • Fully fluent in BOTH Arabic and English.
  • Direct experience working at a SaaS company.
  • Based in the GCC, with your 5+ years of sales experience gained while working in the GCC.

Nice to Have

  • HR tech / payroll / B2B services background.
  • Built a sales team or function from scratch.
  • Multi country / regional sales management.
  • CRM and sales ops proficiency.

What You Will Do

  • Own and execute regional sales strategy across GCC markets.
  • Hire, onboard and lead the initial sales team.
  • Build the sales playbook, pipeline, forecasting and reporting.
  • Carry early revenue targets hands on before scaling the team.
