Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and scale the sales team — setting targets, reviewing performance, and developing talent
- Drive gross profit growth through new business acquisition and expansion of existing accounts
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients across freight forwarding, logistics, and supply chain
- Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives
- Identify and capture new market opportunities — new lanes, verticals, and customer segments
- Collaborate with operations to ensure service delivery matches what's sold
- Report directly to senior leadership with clear weekly and monthly performance data
Requirements
- 10–15 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain sales
- Minimum 5 7 years in a sales leadership or management role
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding GP targets
- Deep knowledge of the UAE and GCC logistics market
- Strong network of relationships across importers, exporters, or key shippers in the region
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Based in Dubai or willing to relocate immediately

About the Role
- We are a growing logistics and freight forwarding company based in Dubai, looking for a driven and experienced Head of Sales to lead our commercial team and take our business to the next level.
- This is a senior leadership role — you'll own the sales strategy, manage and develop the team, and be directly accountable for GP growth and market expansion across the UAE and region.
