What You'll Do
- Build a sales department from scratch and establish a stable client pipeline.
- Develop sales strategy, hire a team, set up processes.

What's Required

Terms
- Base: $4,000 $5,000 based on interview results.
- Bonus: percentage of revenue from each client brought in.
- Ready to share margin with both the head and their team.
- Fully remote, no office, entities in UAE, Lithuania, Russia, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan.
- Culture of trust and independence.
- Direct reporting to Commercial Director.
