Responsibilities
- Drive client acquisition and revenue growth across OTC and Exchange activities
- Originate and manage relationships with HNWIs, family offices, institutional investors, brokers, corporate treasuries, and funds
- Build qualified OTC and Exchange opportunities across the UAE, GCC, and international markets
- Develop referral channels, commercial partnerships, and strategic distribution relationships
- Create and manage a disciplined sales pipeline with clear reporting, targets, and conversion tracking
- Lead senior client conversations and convert commercial opportunities into long term relationships
- Understand client needs across execution, liquidity, onboarding, settlement, and regulated market access
- Work closely with marketing, dealing, compliance, and operations teams to support smooth client onboarding and execution readiness
- Contribute market feedback to support product, commercial, and go to market decisions
- Operate hands on within a lean structure during the early growth phase
- Build sales processes, client segmentation, outreach models, and performance tracking
- Recruit, build, and manage a lean commercial team as the business scales
Requirements
- 5 to 8+ years of experience in institutional sales, OTC, FX, commodities, brokerage, fintech, wealth management, digital assets, or related financial services
- Strong existing network with ability to generate qualified business opportunities quickly
- Proven track record in revenue generation and high value relationship management
- Strong understanding of institutional client needs, market structure, liquidity, execution, and relationship led sales
- Existing relationships across UAE, GCC, family office, HNWI, broker, or institutional investor ecosystem
- Experience building sales pipelines, referral channels, or commercial partnerships from an early stage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate in a lean, fast moving, and high accountability environment

Overview

- This is a revenue first role for someone with a strong existing network across institutional, HNWI, family office, brokerage, corporate treasury, fintech, and digital asset channels.
