Responsibilities
- Actively manage and lead existing sales team and processes
- Check and rebuild CRM if needed
- Train and guide existing team to new processes
- Work actively with leads and existing clients
- Build and manage relationships with key accounts, OEM partners, and vendor networks
- Overview new business directions and lead the way to success, e.g., carbon fiber
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in automotive, jet, luxury goods, or HNWI sales
- Knowledge of automobile market, technical trends, performance tuning and maintenance
- Fluent English
