Role Overview
- We are looking for a highly driven, entrepreneurial, and aggressive Head of Sales – B2B Broker Acquisition to build, scale, and activate 1,000,000+ brokers, channel partners, wealth advisors, and distribution partners globally.
- This is not a traditional sales role. This is an opportunity to build one of the world’s largest real estate distribution & broker ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Broker Acquisition & Expansion: Build and scale broker networks across UAE & India; Onboard brokers, channel partners & wealth advisors; Expand city wise and region wise distribution.
- Revenue & Sales Growth: Drive inventory sales through broker ecosystems; Scale revenue through channel partnerships; Improve partner productivity and closures.
- Broker Activation & Engagement: Conduct broker meets, activations & webinars; Build referral and loyalty programs; Ensure active broker participation and sales.
- Relationship Management: Build long term broker & developer relationships; Create strategic alliances across markets; Manage high value channel partnerships.
- Leadership & Team Building: Lead and manage Broker Acquisition Managers, Tele calling Teams, Broker Relationship Managers, Sales Coordinators.
