Role Description
The Head of Sales (part-time, remote) will be responsible for driving revenue growth by expanding partnerships, client accounts, and service adoption for HR Jobs India by PHS.
This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with employers, agencies, and HR service providers.
The Head of Sales will oversee the sales pipeline, set targets, track performance metrics, and refine processes to improve conversion and retention.
Day-to-day activities include managing key accounts, leading sales calls and virtual meetings, coordinating with internal stakeholders on offerings and pricing, and preparing regular sales forecasts and reports.
The role also includes coaching and guiding a small sales team or collaborators, ensuring consistent messaging, and maintaining a high standard of client experience.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Sales and Sales Management skills to develop strategies, lead the sales cycle, and achieve revenue targets.
- Candidates should possess robust Account Management skills to nurture client relationships, manage renewals, and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
- Candidates should possess proven Team Management skills to guide, motivate, and support sales team members or partners in a remote setting.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, track KPIs, and make data-informed decisions on pipeline and performance.
- Experience in B2B or recruitment/HR-tech sales, particularly with job boards or talent platforms, is highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with comfort leading virtual meetings and demos.
- Self-driven, organized, and able to manage part-time, remote work while meeting agreed timelines and goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
