About the Role

  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales – Off Plan to spearhead our Abu Dhabi expansion.
  • The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in the UAE off plan real estate market and a proven ability to build, lead, and scale high performing sales teams.
  • This is a senior leadership role that combines strategy, execution, and people leadership to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans for off plan projects to achieve revenue targets.
  • Recruit, lead, and inspire a high performing sales team focused on off plan property sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and key clients in Abu Dhabi.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure—with a focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and project launches to inform business strategy.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure consistent qualified lead flow and conversion.
  • Conduct sales training, coaching, and regular performance reviews.
  • Present accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of real estate sales experience in the UAE, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in the off plan segment, with strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi market.
  • Established developer and investor network across the UAE.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and scale sales teams.
