- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and key clients in Abu Dhabi
- Oversee the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure—with a focus on quality and efficiency
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and project launches to inform business strategy
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure consistent qualified lead flow and conversion
- Conduct sales training, coaching, and regular performance reviews
- Present accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of real estate sales experience in the UAE
- 2+ years in a leadership role
- Proven success in the off plan segment
- Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi market
- Established developer and investor network across the UAE
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and scale sales teams
