Role description
The Head of Sales is a part-time, hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
The role includes flexibility for some work-from-home.
Sales leadership responsibilities
- Oversee sales strategy and daily sales operations.
- Set revenue targets, monitor performance, and optimize processes for enrollment and partnership goals.
- Manage and coach a sales team.
- Support account management for learners, corporate clients, and educational partners.
- Develop sales plans, analyze sales data and market trends, and coordinate with marketing and academic teams.
- Ensure a consistent, customer-centric sales experience.
- Identify new business opportunities and refine messaging for IT certification offerings.
- Contribute to the academy’s overall growth strategy.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and sales management skills are required.
- Account management, team management, and analytical skills are required.
- Proven sales leadership experience is required, ideally in education, training, or professional certification services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities are required in a multicultural environment.
- Ability to balance onsite Abu Dhabi responsibilities with remote work in a hybrid setting is required.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
- Advanced qualifications are advantageous.
