About the Opportunity

  • We are launching an exciting new venture within a well established and highly successful financial services and consumer marketplace ecosystem in the UAE.
  • This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial and commercially driven leader to build and scale a real estate business from the ground up.
  • We are seeking a hands on builder who thrives in startup environments and is excited by the opportunity to create something meaningful from day one.
  • The successful candidate will take ownership of launching and growing the business, developing strategic partnerships, recruiting and leading a high performing team, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the launch, development, and growth of a new real estate business in the UAE.
  • Develop and execute the business plan, growth strategy, and go to market roadmap.
  • Establish and maintain strategic relationships with developers, real estate brokers, referral partners, banks, and other key ecosystem stakeholders.
  • Build, recruit, train, and lead a high performing sales and advisory team.
  • Design and implement scalable sales processes, reporting structures, and operational workflows.
  • Drive lead generation, business development activities, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Identify and secure strategic partnerships that contribute to long term business growth.
  • Collaborate with affiliated businesses within the group to maximize cross selling and referral opportunities.
  • Establish performance metrics, operational standards, and service excellence frameworks.
  • Take full ownership of business performance, including revenue generation, team development, operational efficiency, and profitability.
  • Continuously identify market opportunities, competitive advantages, and areas for expansion.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience building, launching, or scaling a business, division, sales function, or market from an early stage.
  • Strong business development and partnership acquisition experience.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving commercial targets.
  • Experience recruiting, developing, and managing high performing sales teams.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to be hands on and involved in day to day execution.
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly resourceful, resilient, and results oriented.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast paced, evolving, and growth focused environment.
  • Real estate industry experience is highly preferred.
  • UAE market experience is strongly preferred.
