About the Role
DFI Retail Group seeks a Head of Property & Facilities Management for 7-Eleven Singapore to lead strategic property management, operational excellence, financial oversight, and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities
- Formulate property strategy and initiatives to meet 7 Eleven Singapore’s business goals
- Oversee property maintenance to ensure stores operate efficiently and meet operational standards
- Oversee lease renewal process to ensure timely review and renewal of lease agreements
- Prepare and manage the property function’s annual budget, ensuring cost control and value generation
- Track and report property related expenses, identifying cost saving opportunities
- Assess and evaluate ROI on property investments and align financial outcomes with business objectives
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, and key external partners
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to support retail growth strategies and ensure compliance
- Ensure full compliance with Singapore’s regulatory requirements, including health and safety standards
- Champion sustainability initiatives by integrating energy efficient solutions and environmentally responsible practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Professional certifications (e.g., RICS, IFMA) will be an advantage
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in property management, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity
- Proven track record within the retail sector; experience in FMCG or convenience retail environments highly regarded
- Strong commercial and strategic mindset
- Demonstrated success in leading property development, construction, renovation, and asset enhancement projects
- Strong negotiation skills with experience in lease management and site acquisition
- Sound financial acumen including budgeting, cost optimisation, capital investment evaluation, and ROI analysis
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of sustainability and environmental best practices in property and facilities management

Qualifications
