- Lead production teams to achieve business objectives

- Coordinate cross functionally with Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and R&D teams
- Implement Lean Manufacturing initiatives
- Maintain compliance with ISO, GMP, and other applicable quality standards
Requirements
- Minimum 10–12 years of manufacturing and production leadership experience
- At least 5 years in a senior production management role within a regulated manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of ISO, GMP, quality systems, and production operations
- Proven experience leading production teams and driving operational excellence
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field
- Previous UAE/GCC manufacturing experience is essential
- Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
- PMP is an advantage

Role Overview
- Head of Production to lead and manage all production operations within a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving production performance, operational efficiency, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance while leading production teams to achieve business objectives.
- The role requires a hands on leader with proven experience in Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, Advanced Manufacturing, Aerospace, or a similarly regulated industry.
Responsibilities
- Oversee production planning, workforce management, productivity improvement initiatives, process optimization, and cross functional coordination with Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and R&D teams.
- Achieve production targets, implement Lean Manufacturing initiatives, improve operational efficiency, and maintain compliance with ISO, GMP, and other applicable quality standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 10–12 years of manufacturing and production leadership experience.
- At least 5 years in a senior production management role within a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of ISO, GMP, quality systems, and production operations.
