About the Role
Heroix is seeking a strategic and commercially focused Head of Product to take ownership of a product portfolio in business software, fintech, and AI. You will drive product direction, market growth, and commercial performance, reporting to the CTO.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement product strategies that support business goals and drive long term portfolio growth
- Manage the complete product lifecycle from concept through development, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement
- Monitor and enhance product profitability, revenue potential, customer retention, and market expansion
- Evaluate customer requirements, competitor activity, industry developments, and regulatory changes
- Establish performance indicators and reporting frameworks to measure product success
- Coordinate closely with Technology, Delivery, Sales, Marketing, Support, and Customer Success teams
- Lead and support implementation consultants, subject matter experts, and assigned resources
- Define product positioning, target audiences, value propositions, and launch approaches
- Provide sales teams with product knowledge, market insights, and strategic guidance
- Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, acting as senior point of contact
- Manage relationships with suppliers, technology partners, and industry stakeholders
- Work alongside technical teams to define requirements and oversee delivery priorities
Requirements
- Master’s Degree (MQF Level 7) in Business, IT, Computer Science, Software Development, or related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in product management, technology solutions, software development, fintech, business systems, or related field
- Excellent command of English
- Strong ability to communicate complex product concepts clearly
- Excellent relationship building skills with ability to collaborate across departments
- Good understanding of software solutions, digital products, enterprise systems, fintech, and AI
- Strong commercial awareness
- Proven ability to lead teams and influence decision making
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities
