Responsibilities
- Define and own the long term product vision and strategy across the consumer fintech portfolio
- Build and prioritise the product roadmap, balancing customer needs, commercial objectives and regulatory requirements
- Lead, mentor and develop a high performing team of Product Managers
- Drive key product metrics including activation, engagement, retention, revenue and customer satisfaction
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Risk and Commercial teams to deliver world class consumer experiences
- Use customer insight, market trends and data to identify new product opportunities and drive continuous innovation
- Present product strategy and performance to executive leadership and influence key business decisions
- Stay ahead of developments across consumer fintech, AI and digital financial services
Requirements
- Significant experience leading consumer facing financial products
- Strong background across one or more of: Wallets, Consumer Lending, Cards, Consumer Payments, BNPL, Digital Banking
- Experience leading and developing Product Managers
- Proven success owning product strategy, roadmaps and commercial outcomes
- Strong analytical mindset with a data driven approach to decision making
- Comfortable operating in fast paced, high growth environments with significant autonomy
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience working with AI enabled products or data driven consumer platforms is advantageous

The role
- They're looking for a Head of Product to lead the consumer strategy, vision and execution across their consumer financial products portfolio.
- You'll own the product roadmap across multiple product lines, lead a team of Product Managers, and play a key role in shaping the future of how millions of consumers interact with digital financial services every day.
- This is a senior leadership role, partnering closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Commercial, Risk and Compliance to define where the business invests and what gets built next.
What you'll be doing
