The role is hands-on, works directly with founders and engineering, and has significant ownership of product and growth.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy and roadmap from 0 to 1 and beyond.
- Work with engineering to scope, prioritize and ship products.
- Build referrals, social sharing, recurring markets and retention loops.
- Turn complex financial products into intuitive experiences for mainstream users.
- Own activation, retention and organic acquisition metrics.
- Lead product and design hiring as the company scales.
- Set product and design direction hands-on in Figma and through detailed specifications.
- Make independent product decisions in a fast-moving environment.
Requirements
- Senior or founding product experience at a distribution-led consumer technology company.
- A proven record of growing consumer products through organic, viral or community-led channels.
- Experience building products with strong user engagement and retention.
- Background in trading, betting, gaming, social finance or adjacent consumer financial products.
- Strong understanding of activation, retention and organic acquisition metrics.
- Ability to operate with high autonomy and pace in an early-stage environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience with prediction markets, derivatives or financial trading products.
- Experience building social or community-driven consumer products.
- Experience taking a product from 0 to 1.
- Experience hiring and managing product and design teams.
- Deep familiarity with DeFi or on-chain protocols.
