Head of Procurement (Interior Design & Renovation)

As the company continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced

Head of Procurement

to lead and manage the company’s procurement department.

– Lead and manage the procurement department: task allocation, workload planning, and quality control

– Participate in material selection and procurement-related decisions together with clients, with hands-on involvement in key projects

– Build and improve procurement processes within the department

– Participate in building and developing the procurement team

– Build and develop supplier network: sourcing, supplier evaluation, negotiations, and long-term relationship management

– Plan and oversee procurement schedules in line with project and construction timelines

– 3+ years of experience in a similar procurement role within fit-out, construction, or interiors industry

– Experience working within UAE market

– Strong knowledge of the local materials market, suppliers, and commercial terms

– Experience leading a team

– Fixed salary + KPI-based bonuses

– Full-time: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
