About the Role
OpenFX is hiring a Head of People Operations & Talent to build and scale the global people function, covering both talent acquisition and people operations. The ideal candidate has experience building people infrastructure at a scaling company across multiple geographies.

Responsibilities
- Audit current state of people operations and talent acquisition across all geographies
- Stand up foundational systems: structured onboarding, recruiting process with interview frameworks and scorecards, intake system for hiring requests
- Build internal sourcing capability to reduce agency dependency
- Fill priority roles and launch structured onboarding
- Present workforce plan aligned to business priorities and budget
- Design and operationalize core people infrastructure including recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, compliance, benefits, performance frameworks, and employee relations
Requirements
- Experience building people infrastructure at a scaling company (ideally from ~50–100 to 200+ across multiple countries)
- Comfort with global complexity across India, US, EU, UK, and UAE
- Both TA and people ops capability
- Ability to operate with high autonomy in an ambiguous environment
- Written communication skills for async collaboration

Role Overview
- We're hiring a Head of People Operations & Talent to build and scale the people function at OpenFX.
- This is a builder role, not a maintenance role.
- You would own both talent acquisition and people operations across all geographies.
- Report to the COO and work closely with every functional leader.
Key Responsibilities First 90 Days
- Month 1: Audit current state of people operations and talent acquisition across all geographies.
- Month 2: Stand up foundational systems: structured onboarding, recruiting process, intake system.
- Month 3: Start delivering: fill priority roles, launch structured onboarding, present workforce plan.
Must haves
- Experience building people infrastructure at a scaling company (ideally from ~50–100 to 200+ across multiple countries).
- Comfort with global complexity across India, US, EU, UK, and UAE.
- Both TA and people ops capability.
- Ability to operate with high autonomy in an ambiguous environment.
- Written communication skills for async collaboration.

- Open to candidates in Miami, London, Dubai, or Bangalore.
- Fintech experience is a plus but not required.
- Prior 'Head of' or 'VP' title is not required.
